BREAKING: daylightdisinfectant has now identified Wade A. Varner, and Occupier seeking a permit for Terry Schrunk Plaza who exposed himself and Neil T. Loehlein (alias Neil Thomas), President Portland State University (PSU) International Socialists Organization standing with the men hurling racial slurs against blacks. He is now clearly indicated at 0:15 into the video. Kevin J. Nelson of Portland OR can also be seen briefly in the background. Wade A. Varner is also seen wearing a red T-Shirt with a blue fist at the far right of the group.

The man is called an "Uncle Tom," and a "Token" (interspersed with calls for "Solidarity") and slave imitations are done as a show of disrespect. Just off camera in the TEA Party is a Mom with her two small children who are black. Closeups are provided of those involved.
