Your next urgent quest to advance to 3* star quests, The Land Shark. Slay the Cephadrome.

Weapon: Assassin's Dagger

Armor:

Velociprey Helm
Chain Mail
Velociprey Vambraces
Velociprey Tasset
Blue Pants

Skills:

Health +20
Defense +10
Knock Out Prob Halved

If you want to make this really fast, bring as many Sonic Bomb(s) as you can with you. Don't have any? Here's how to combine for them.

Cephadrome is immune to Flash Bombs, so don't bring them along, as they would just be wasted. ):

Gunpowder(which can be created from Nitroshroom + Fire Herb or bought from the old lady) + Screamer(which can be earned in rewards from Velocidrome)

I also suggest bringing a Farcaster with you.

Quest time! Grab your supplies (don't forget Cool Drinks) and head to area 7 for a nice cutscene of the taco head.

When the cutscene is over, he and his little pals will jump in the sand and the chase is on.

His movements are really no different from Cephalos, except his attacks hurt.

His weakspot would be his stomach and tail. Stick with the stomach though, as that tail is dangerous.

You'll know when he is low on health when his top fin goes down, he may try to jump in the sand and swim to area 3 to recover health.

Any weapon will work fine against Cephadrome, I suggest a Great Sword/Hammer/Sword&Shield though.

Cephadrome is pretty good to farm for Med Monster Bones and Lg Monster Bones

once landshark comes out of sand he is actually really really easy, after the first phase where he keeps going back down and swimming away it, after that its a piece of cake. his combat moves is pretty much just standing there and swining his tail everynow and then, and when you do get hit doesn't inflict much damage. so yeah, one of the most easiest bosses for me at level 2.
