It can really go very slow, can allow docking maneuver. im using a Tamiya ESC from my RC cars

I got this kit as a motorize model, just add a regular futaba servo and change the motor , I use a 380 high-speed motor use d for heli, prop is from the kit, esc TEU101 Tamiya ,Futaba rx & tx hope it helps

Nicely fast like everyone says...but how well does it go slow? Got to have those slow maneuvering speeds for docking and coastal patrols.
