What's the current state of internet and technology in Cambodia? I'm assuming things are still basic for the most part.

of course just a few people have computers and access to internet. but those who have are quite familiar with latest technologies like chatting, microsoft and sometimes even linux. bandwith is slow of course, and computers and internet at schools and universities are still less.
