Here is a tiny Heather O'Rourke from the movie Poltergeist in a commercial for McDonald's. Although Steven Spielberg is credited with "discovering" Heather in the MGM comissary at age 5, in actuality, Heather already had an agent at the time, and had done commercials such as this one, in addition to some child modeling, before her "discovery."
