  • @freakyfarooq He's touched on this... he is for the morning-after pill and/or a shot of estrogen to prevent pregnancy in these kinds of cases.

Also, he's not for an outright ban... he's for letting the states deal with it and taking the jurisdiction away from the federal gov.

  • A woman's right to have an abortion (without a compelling medical concern) is limited to the first trimester, not a month or a day before delivery! I appreciate Ron Paul in that I think he is a very honest politician (and I adore Kucinich, who is Paul's close friend), but I strongly disagree with Paul on this issue. His argument is anti-choice, and conflicts with his hands-off libertarian ideals.

  • @freakyfarooq

    That's what he says.

  • First off I am a HUGE fan of Ron Paul...but I still think abortion should NOT be flat out banned! Under certain circumstances it SHOULD be allowed! Example: incest, rape etc. Also, if it threatens a womans life!

  • @Ayokalyb I didn't even see your comment before made my similar comment. I just felt compelled by the foolish comments at the end just as you were; it's easy to hear the deception language when you know that is their duty.

  • How often do television hosts end an interview by saying,.. thanks for coming and sharing your views for many people that "vehemently disagree".. with you?

This is part of the corporate program language. They say things like this and it goes into the minds of enough people that it can muddy ideas about any person or idea they wish to muddy. They don't care whether their own credentials are hurt a bit in the process because they are holding the reigns as it is.

  • hahaha I love how the host says "I'm sure there's lots of people who disagree with you."....... How can you disagree with anything he just said? Who in their right mind could hear Ron Pauls perfectly honest and acceptable opinion and think "NAHHH He's a kook."
