Step 2: Buy a Japanese PSN card

Step 3: Buy Space Channel 5 Part 2 through Japanese PSN

That's all you really can do, mainly because mods gets Sony's panties in a bunch.

For some reason JUST in this part of the game the first report, His voice sounds better in english but the rest is better in japanese. OH well kewl none-the-less!

I think the main problem with Shadow in the Japanese version, is that since the Japanese are pretty silly with their Ls and Rs, left and right sound like rett and light.
