300zx Drift

Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo Drifting @ Orlando Drift Day. The car has HICAS all wheel steering during the time of this video and was producing approximately 460whp.

This is MAD skill. I have a 93 TT300zx and drifting feels almost impossible with the HICAS, it just takes control of the wheel as soon as you step out. Great driver. I just feel bad for whoever told him to put BOVs on it. 300s cant have BOVs, it floods the engine with fuel and destroys it in under 10k miles. prolly why he was smoking.. his ECU thinks hes still running recirc valves

Thanks for the props.....The white smoke at the beginning was a malfunction with the water injection system (it was dumping water briefly at partial throttle rather than at WOT like it's supposed to). Having a recirc. for anything under 18psi is acceptable, but above that it is advantageous to use a BOV system as a recirc. system at higher boost pressures can cause compressor surge. The car is tuned with them and has been running strong for 60k miles since their install.

Yeah, Wikipedia. But anyway, I've just told you this car got banned from all racing series because of it's specs. And you still wanna argue about performance? Heh, with just a little bit tuning the Z's owner finds himself in charge of over 500 bhp. Don't want to argue about the looks, to each it's own. But I really feel the need to let you know the following. The italians thought the Z was so "damn sexy", that Lamborghini took it's headlights and gave them to Diablo. 'Nuff said.
