I put together a workout challenge for March and here it is had to go off the fast five theme cause i can't wait for it to come out, more details coming on the next video i will put it in the response.

Challenge is how fast can you do one version torque or horsepower or both together for time.

30 Reps of each exercises for either torque or horsepower or both!
Winner gets $50 gift card to affliction clothing

  • 2:14 thought he was gonna hit the end flip it and knock himself out. I've been doing practicing endurance and speed for a while now and i did not get the point of this video. Well thanks for trying and the help.

  • @TheFi3Ndx This jumping around is not gonna help you much.. if you want to build legs i suggest you do classic bodybuilding workout like squats, leg extensions and others
