U.S. President Barack Obama and South Korean president Park Geun-hye met recently in Washington and called on North Korea to stop making threats, and to rid the peninsula of nuclear weapons. But experts say that North Korea remains an extremely closed and unpredictable society. VOA's White House Correspondent Kent Klein talks with Alex Villarreal.
