Survey Nation goes to the streets of San Francisco during the April 9, 2008 disrupted Olympic Torch Relay to get the story you won't see on CNN, FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, or any mainstream media. We talked directly to the people who were there about the important issues raised by the upcoming Summer Games in Beijing, shooting over two and a half hours of video.

In order to give you the best possible coverage, we will be presenting a series of shows from this event that focus on a variety of topics including the policies and practices of the Chinese government, human rights, the crises in Tibet and Darfur, a potential US boycott, the politicization of the Olympic games, and, most importantly, the American right to free speech. We will let the people speak for themselves on the important issues that matter most to them.

We understand that these issues are highly emotional and potentially divisive, but we encourage you to view each episode in the spirit of worldwide harmony, openness, and diversity that is at the heart of Olympic ideals.

In this episode, we are you to speak out directly about the issues. What is your viewpoint on China and Tibet? Do you understand the history behind this crisis? It is your chance to be heard.

  • Funny that all the "Free Tibet" people are just the dumb rich western brats and the Tibetan exiles. I'll never believe that any normal Tibetan could possibly want to live in a slave system under a Dalai Lama once again. Its like saying African-Americans want to again live under the Confederate slave system under David Duke.

  • white ppl are so blind and ignorant. I feel pity for them even though they don't deserve any.

  • One lesson the West needs to learn, If our world contains nothing but opinions then we are going to be in deep trouble, truth is no one give a damn about ones opinion.........

  • Or the natives. How two-faced of them. But that is their nature.

  • Tibetan exiles should free themselves next. The Tibetan public is free of these slaveowning, eye-gouging vermin, which is a good thing.

  • The US will NEVER DARE boycott China, no matter how many hypocritical falseflag double-buff principles they hold. Doing so is their stupidity and will be at their peril.

  • FUCKING TALAI LAMA !

  • whats that fat guy talkin bout?? ppl dying and starving?? wtf?? lol

  • Survey shows 99% of people can't name two tibetan cities.

  • y da fuck did we let china hold the olympics this year? we might as well give them the seat of the superpower next. FUCK CHINA
