I AM proud to live in the USA. Not because of the government. Not because of the history. Not because of the school system. I am proud to be an American because of the citizens. Yes governments of the past, and present, have made mistakes, but no matter what country you live in there are going to be mistakes because the leaders are human. Bless the USA!
