my insurance for a wrecker like that is $12,000/year, per truck, full year paid upfront. I have been driving for almost 20 years, have only ever gotten 1 speeding ticket(20KM over), AND I have a friggin DZ license. Go with the flatbed unless you're going to live in that truck 24/7 and make cash with it.
PS - that wrecker is a serious piece of shit.

You don't know that. I've seen wreckers on Craigslist here. 1970's and 1980' models with all the equipment for $2,000 - $5,000.
