Crazy Disney Robot (2002)

This robot was in the Innovations part of the Epcot park in Disney World, Orlando, Fl. This robot looks pretty tripped out when seeing it in real life. especially since this video is from the 2001-2002 timeline.

i remember when we went to disneyworld when i was about 5 years old. i was fucking terrified of this thing. i cried until we left the exhibit. ever since, i have a bizzare phobia of robots.

Tricked out with leftover parts, it looks like. The face is probably a spare Timekeeper/Robin Williams face. Looks like the body is kluged together from bits of the old Alien Encounter preshow robot.

Woah!!! Thats amazing. He moves so fast and realistic. Just watching his hand movements, opening and closing them, is remarkable.

Disney is one of the most innovative companies out there, especially when it comes to technology. It's no surprise the robot was all tricked out.
