rock on! happy anniversary, you look awesome! i'm the same way with laughing cow cheese as you are with pretzels! i had to stop buying it lol! my surgery is coming up on july 21st, can't wait! thanks for posting, all the posters encouraged me to post about my journey too...you're inspirational!

Happy Anniversary! I am worried about leaving the honeymoon phase. I hope hope hope that I'm making the good changes to get to my goal and keep this weight off! My goal is 138 (I'm 5'3.5") but my doctor has not told me if they think I will get to that goal. We'll see I guess. Thanks for the little update and sharing your thoughts. Hugs! Shannon
