  • @Dac719 Well...... the Mississippi Gulf coast's local forecast ahead of Hurricane Katrina called for winds "southest at 50 to 70 mph, increasing to over 100 mph" for Sunday night the 28th, then for Monday "winds over 100 mph with gusts to 140 mph." I think that goes even beyond "extremely" windy, if there is such a thing.... O_o

  • Stupid early season warm snap in that time frame for So Cal.

  • Impressive...35 to 55 mph winds! How strong were the gusts and just how windy is "extremely windy" if "very windy" is 35 to 55 mph?
