Amazing how a major corporation that allows third party development of compatible components as evil, clunky, and conformist while the one that has a monopoly over its architecture is seen as the freakin' rebel alliance. Just goes to show that you can program the consumer to think just about anything.

That's why I don't own to many Apple products. I usually build my gaming PC from scratch. It's fun to build and really cheap. If Mr. Jobs gave people more options I would buy more Apple products.

@PancakeRecipes Yes, in 2005; even though app menu takes care of it anyway. Although the radical idea of putting a mouse FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER would solve the problem.

Well I instead know plenty of things I can't do with a mac. For example overclocking, playing games, using software without stupid noob-proof stuff popping up, hack1ng, upgrading components (like video card, cpu, etc.), using flash with proper gpu acceleration and using directx based software
