@LadySpy120 He ended up basically serving the one year suspension and the CSAC admitted that they made a mistake by reducing it originally due to his lies. If he ever wants to fight again in CA or NV, he will have to go through another hearing and he might not get licensed again in either of those states because of his proved perjury and other lies he told at the 1st CSAC hearing. Saying he didn't do anything illegal is completely wrong and absolutely ignorant.

At the 1st CSAC hearing, Sonnen lied about having permission to inject steroids directly from Keith Kizer, the executive director of the NSAC, which led to the CSAC reducing his sentence based on that lie. They held a second hearing when they found out he was lying where Kizer testified that he, nor anyone from the NSAC, gave him any exemption to use nor did he even file for one so they resuspended him indefinitely.

@LadySpy120 You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Sonnen was injecting the powerful anabolic steroid Testosterone Cypionate without a Therapeutic Use Exemption and was suspended for it. Even if he had a TUE (he didn't), he still would've needed to have a T/E ratio under 4:1 but for the Silva fight, he had a ratio of 16.9:1 which is over 4 times the limit and almost 17 times a normal male (1:1) even though he was supposedly injecting steroids for low testosterone (Hypogonadism).

@roberthunter49 actually he was suspended pending an investigation . it turned out that he really was undergoing hormone therapy and he even told the commission that before the silva fight. technically the ufc has to adhere the the rules set by the commission but he didnt do anything illegal .

@LadySpy120 Anonimous is wrong and clearly knows nothing but nothing was dropped he was banned for a year for taking body enhancement drugs, Again the drug was not cocain it was Testosrome which is steriods which is ilegal.. So ladyspy your also wrong..
