On Valentine's Day 2007, we got well over 2 feet of snow here. I set up a camera and took a picture every 5 mins for 8 hours - here's the sped-up result.

Edit: We ended up getting 3, not 2, days of school off :D

Also, the music is from Where Lovers Walk, by John Serrie in Tingri.

  • Aaand now three years. Why am I posting on a three-year-old video every year? Who knows!

  • And wow, it's been two years now! Quite remarkable. A lot changes in two years.... It's reasonably warm outside here in Ithaca NY, and I am given to understand Vermont is the same.

    Happy Valentine's Day :)

  • Man, doesn't seem like this was a year ago. Time sure flies! Hehe, it looks wicked snowy outside this Valentines Day as well, due to all the snow we've been getting lately.

  • pretty sweet...

haha we had three days :-p

  • Well actually, we did end up getting 3 days. I just didn't know it at the time of making this (on Valentine's Day). But yeah, awesome storm lol.

  • Down here in Waterbury, we got near 5 feet of snow total from the snow, an entire week of school was canceled, because they couldn't find a place to put the snow. Barre was a total MESS

  • I got to rutland Middle school now, but when this storm hit i was still in the Rutland intermediate school and we got 3 days off with was fun at first but we had to make them up in summer

  • Have you missed any more days since then? I drove through blizzard-like conditions in Ohio over Easter weekend, for goodness sakes. What an odd winter/spring, or whatever we're in now.

You are a fellow Jonn Serrie fan, I see ;)
