did they take away the persons drivers license? if marijuana use makes a gun so much more dangerous then why not take their car away for the same reasons. if people are going to kill other people the tool they use is of little consequense. vehicular, firearm, knife, rock, stick or bare hands. a gun is a tool, if you dont feel safe that someone has tool that could possibly kill you then take away all the hammers and baseball bats too. OR, get yourself a tool to defend yourself against evil.

to sum it up, worlds fucked bro.

Honestly, I think even felons should retain their 2nd ammendment rights. If our legal/court system was sorted out, everyone who cut a bad check or smoked a doobie wouldnt be a felon, and we could get back to designating dangerous criminals as felons.

man that is some serious bull! the government is becoming more and more annoying

@Fuzzy2u Ron is a good start but he is not a law maker so we need much more than just him

i say weed would make most people more hesitent to use a firearm, even if extremely perinoid they would most likely hide in there house for a few hours, eat , then sleep.

I had to put my wife's gun under my name because I put it on layaway and weed is on the form now and really its a trick question.. since people like me would say no because I am "lawful" but really I am not under fed

@johniac7078 but its not really legal ... the state can not over ride federal law

@1TacticalMedic What were you doing at the UN with 40lbs of coke? I hope bartering to get the UN out of NYC by leaving a trail of dust for them to follow!
@Fuzzy2u You provided excellent context in your comment, I wasn't even considering offense. Thank you for expressing your views

Judging intent, whether of an actor or a law invites speculation. Do we create impossible codes for truckers to regulate their behavior or have a source of revenue or both? What you can judge is the result. DOT rules are destroying independent truckers and creating closed union shops. We obviously don't intend to stop marijuana use, just create a class against whom we can impose sanctions. It's not okay to discriminate against negro in public accommodations. It is okay to do so against

@redtony58 Good morning. :) It is probably old hat to you by now, but I can see an argument from one time of being an investigator and knowing a person is guilty of an action yet not possessing the burden of proof. Was the intention of these laws to increase the available law enforcement tools? Or am I merely being naive again?

i dont see how it is any different from being prescribed a narcotic. Legal marijuana is legal, so revocation is nonsense.

@johniac7078 I'm beginning to believe that some of the anti-gun pundits have lost focus in the actual purpose of their cause, to being the means, not the end. The case at hand with the Oregon resident appears to me as being little more than a cheap shot.
