thanks for the post -- i will try this out in my sparring group. also, i have to say that the comment "stepping on his neck and breaking his neck, hopefully" is rather funny, in a gruesome kind of way.

@kalevraa .. You're right, it is rather awkward... training systema we do not use this type of descriptions...the producer wanted this type of language for the dramatation of the TV show. :)
