im trying to replicate wigan springs branch depot, when ews stored, and then cut up massis of withdrawn locos,i went every week to see then slowly disapear into the depot and not come back out again,or with middle sections and engines removed,it was a sad sight to see, im sorry for the camera judder ,but i had to avoid the lighting masts and signals on the layout to get the close up shots, please comment good or bad ,i can take it, the first to be cut up will be the 31 s,unless one of you buy one for preservation,£10,000 each but the class 70 is £950,000.....

  • Nice to see so many 37's especially "Loch Ranoch 37408" that particular piece of art graces my layout too (occasionally)

  • @sperojunction cheers 408 is my fav all time loco, shame she got ritten off.

  • Nice video there mate! Nice to see my favourite beast in the yard with the 56's and 47's as well as fellow other 60's. That layout is looking good and I can just imagne a First North Western Class 150 drawing up into the station with its screeching brakes as it comes to a halt. Great work mate! I've added your channel to my channel directory buddy.

  • @488scooby: I would recommend getting a Bachmann Class 150/1 as they are fantastic models and I have both of them in Central Trains (Centro) livery and the other one in First North Western. Rails of Sheffield have them for about £68. The Hornby Class 153 DMU is also good and if you have a look on Hattons, some are selling for £53 including the standard delivery price. I have the Central Trains and the East Midlands Trains 153 models. The 170 is another good choice also but the h/lights are dull.

  • @MK55A thanks for your kind comments.

  • Really excellent layout, love it
