Cool video

That's an excellent point. Due to size restraints we made this green level. To make an undulating green, add additional limestone screening in 2" increments and tamp until you reach the desired effect. The limestone must be fully compacted before rolling out the green. Hope this answers your question.

most greens on a corse are slanted.

@darrenterritt1 - it was purchased at Bedford Glen Supply, phone # 440-232-1248. I don't remember how much it cost but they can give you a price.

what did you use as a base
LBos11 3 years ago
The sub base is #411 limestone, compacted every 2 inches. The leveling base is #10 limestone screening. If you watch our Brick Patio Installation video, the putting green base is installed in the exact same way.

im sorry but im not sure how you weighted it down
LBos11 3 years ago
The green is held down by the weight of the coal slag infill that is "swept" in between the blades of the green. You use approximately 13 pounds per square foot of green.
