  • "....I had to be out there with a SNAKE all the time ... "  LOL That was funny.

  • just use a bucket and toilet seat and dump contents in compost pile. No plumbing issues. Use sawdust to cover deposits. Easy, and cheaper than commercial systems.

  • It's a good thing I don't use toilet paper :-D that's a pretty green thing!

  • I do not understand why toilet paper would be an issue at all... even the most primitive systems I have seen do not have this issue. You mentioned "pipes"... I'm not sure why you have any pipes... it seems like this is likely the problem.

  • There's a difference between someone flushing the toilet 3 times a day everyday and someone disposing 4 batteries a years, that's if they're not rechargeable.

  • When you dispose of the 4 batteries you are creating a problem? Not so green.
