  • I love Melissa Gilbert, she is a great actress!!

I hate that some people criticizes her because of all the surgeries she has done, SHE STILL LOOKS BEAUTIFUL LIKE SHE WAS BEFORE!!!

  • To all the ppl saying Sharon Osbourne was tacky 4 asking that question...Understand that the show is called The Talk which means they need 2 discuss life in all aspects...Sara Gilbert knows that she's lesbian...The point I'm trying to make is that if you are proud of what u represent & embody then u shouldn't have a problem with being asked your story...I'm not a lesbian but if I were & was having a problem coming out to my family knowing various people's stories could help me tell them.

  • APOLOGIES What I wanted to post didn't fit and then I put it in BACKWARDS. Read from bottom up or bottoms up if you read the book you'll know what I am talking about hahahah!

  • Thanks for the encouragement, hope and the will to overcome. Also in the back of Praire tale" her friends including Tom Hanks suggested titles for it."Little Ho, on The Prairie","Half Pint, Half Lit"(my fave),"Don't Fuck With America's Sweetheart","Nellie's not a Bitcht, Mary is!""Half Pint, Full Quart." and heaps more hysterical ones. It's a great read whether you are in recovery or not. That little laura has a GREAT sense of humor and is really funny too. if you're attracted to funny-READ it.

  • I really hope Melissa continues her walk through life and gives that picker another go (maybe she already has with that handsome french man ? :-))) I wish her the true happiness she deserves.Prairie Tale is a memoir that the average person can identify with whether you are or are not in recovery...Her life is a testimant of courage and hope to overcome the things we don't like about ourselved inside or out.

  • She is honest to a fault-which actually isn't, very open and i hope finally very PROUD.Her personal demons and couragious struggles have made her a fine mother, sister, daughter, friend and confidante. I am just sad that she and Bruce didn't make it. As she says they will always be close and she DOES have an extraordinary ability to remain friends with the former loves in her life. MELISSA your "picker" is has imroved over the years. 16 years of marriage is testimant to that.

  • I just see her as a regular woman.Like most of us she has with insecurities, a bad picker when it comes to men, an inability to know how to properly grieve and a person who wanted to be good, kind and loved, even at her own expense.Everyone goes through one, more or all of the things she did.As it turns out she was an inspiration to me (and I am not easily moved by a"celebrity" memoir.)

  • I never knew much about Melissa.Didn't much care for Little House (the music drove me nuts!) Sorry :-)Then I read her book, "Prairie Tale"-again something I would not have normally read but I was off work with a back injury-which I found out in the book, she suffered through too.I don't see her as Laura or a celebrity.

  • @Tessie92Oth Amen!!!!

  • "don't we have a break coming up"

    LOL!

  • That black lady looks like Wesley Snipes

  • Didn't know they were sisters....
