Good video - informative I have faced this opening and played e6 I think Black should proceed with an early c5 and then d6 - a kind of Sicilian (d5 is protected and Nf6 can move away and exchange the Bg5 at the right time.) to prevent the Stonewall.
Well presented and I learnt from it.
