  • Finally a good video about a figure 4 that's actually logical, all these other videos have people doing them for demonstration in situtions that make little to no sense where a simple dynamic move would suffice.

  • The figure 4 is not a move that I find to be very intuitive. I'm curious how this can be suggested in a route and how the climber would be able to figure out when and where to use it.
