you absolutly do not need to cut on the lenght of your videos. In my opinion, I don't really care about the lenght nor the time that the practice takes, I just want things very well explained (wich muscles are being trained, how to do the exercices correctly to minimize risc of injury, etc), and also in my opnion, having a clip with good exercices, with those explanations, makes a good trainer.

Dropping those dumbells isnt very good for that lawn......And why are you describing Ab workouts that arent DIRECTLY TARGETING THE ABS! ! Thousands of workouts work the abs when your not targeting them.

Dude, that first exercise is a squat. WTF?! that only works you quads and it doesnt touch your stomach. No offense but thats just wrong

thanks adamseye ;-) Throwing the weights on the ground is my fav. benefit of working out in the yard - plus, it feels good to just drop 'em when ya muscles hurt. I love it. Especially when they're heavy! What gym would let ya do that? :-)
