This explosive was planted in the luggage of passengers without their consent or knowledge! Surely if there was a need to test security in this bizarre manner, members of (say) the Slovak armed forces could be instructed to attempt to bring the explosives through? The members of the armed forces could even be dressed in civvies, although I can't see why this would make a difference to sniffer dogs - the effectiveness of these dogs was the apparent object of this bizarre security test.

What you gonna do? Solvaks load 9 bags with 9explosives. Slovak dogs find 8 of the 9 bags that had the test explosives. Slovak security said that's 88.9%, that's pretty good, lets call it a day. Good job Rover. So this explosive goes to Dublin and then to the unwittingly bomb carrying electrician's home. Well that's simply ducky. It's not enough to keep the terrorists out, but you got to test bags that airline security has sabatoged. Plus it shows another hole in security's armour.
