This video is not fake because at the beginning the light is moving while the street lights are still. But the speed it's moving across the sky makes me believe this is the International Space Station. Also, the ISS takes about 2 minutes to cross the sky and can only be seen about 1 hour before sunrise(or 1 hour after sunset), both of these are true in the video.

Don't feed me this bullshit man I can create the same effect on my camera as well. It's easy you just lengthen the exposure time to create a tail on a stationary object by moving the camera around.. What's your IQ 50?? 60?? You better do some experiments with your own camera..find out for yourself!!!
