Nunchaku VS Sword 1988

This is a break from Boy Scout type stuff to show something more personal from my past.
Please note that the nunchaku are made from steel and are heavy, as is the sword.
Also, while martial arts movies are sped up quite a bit, this is actual speed as filmed.
I only put this on here because the boys have been bugging me for years to see what I used to do so long ago.

Not at all. Nunchaku, Staff, Tonfa, Sai, and several others were all developed by the Okinawans to fight against the sword. I believe it was Fumio Demura who first released the forms in a book form in the USA. For a long time, Demura received some very mixed attention from Nihonjin for doing so.
