Callums Carp Fishing - Tips and tactics - 48 hour challenge

I challenged myself to catch a 20lb carp in 48 hours on my local syndicate lake. It's a real life fishing situation and the conditions were against me. The temperature was high and all the fish seemed to be just under the surface.

i've been trying to catch carp and feeding the water with corn, i use a simple hair rig with corn or a worm with some corn but eveytime i've tried this i end up catching catfish all day. Any advice to attract some carp instead of cats? (whats a good online bait site for carp bait like pellets ??)

@99pitbulls fishing wizard for pellets or I would suggest Nash scopex boilies as a hookbait. Try to avoid fishy baits because catfish will love them.

a good tip is when you are picking a carp up put your finger in its mouth it sounds stupid but it stops them trying to escape
