Nothing but a bluescreen trick. first of all you must require several million co-ordinated DDS micromirrors in a matrix that focus laser beams projected from a source into an LCD/Plasma screen that has been given Fast Fourier transformations. the DDS micromirrors must be synchronised with the laser beam wavenumbers in order to reform the points of constructive and destructive interference with a rank 1 tensor field in the field of the given wavelength at each point of the woman's body.

NOT A HOLOGRAM The chap in the studio couldn't see the so called hologram. He could only see the image on a monitor. This technique was invented by the BBC years ago and has been adapted by several companies. Nothing to do with holograms which are 3D recordings using interference patterns.

Think of the possibilities for the future...having "face to face" conversations with those you know but are far away.
