Released in 2000, Deus Ex's depth of narrative and complexity still outshines modern shooters such as Crysis and Bioshock. Playing as UNATCO agent J.C Denton, the player must travel across the globe while unraveling a web of conspiracies that threaten the very concept of freedom. The soundtrack, composed by Alexander Brandon, Michiel van den Bos and Dan Gardopee was released with early versions of the GOTY edition of Deus Ex and masterfully complements the bleak, gritty feel of the game.

  • @NevikEeirnb if it's the really exciting combat music with the siren sound (also pops up when fighting in the catacombs etc.), then it's in the "ParisCathedral_Music.umx" file, about halfway through. ModPlug Player can play that file type. Still haven't found a way to convert the tracks to MP3 yet, though.

  • i cant hear it

  • I'm having trouble finding a particular track from Deus Ex. It is the music that occurs when a fight breaks out on Paris streets and isn't in Alexander Brandon's listed music. Let me know if anyone has any ideas, much appreciated.
