DAS GmbH, established in 1991 is based in Dresden/Germany. The core business with more than 100 worldwide operating employees focuses on the developing and manufacturing of Point of Use (POU) waste gas abatement technologies and equipments.

Currently, DAS is serving 75 semiconductor and other high-tech related customer which are using more than 1700 installed DAS abatement equipments worldwide. We provide an excellent service in equipment-installation and maintenance.

State of the art technologies, quality and experience offered by DAS is proven in new 300 mm FAB production lines such as Qimonda Dresden/Germany, Samsung/Korea, Inotera/Taiwan, Japanese customers, Novellus/USA, IBM/USA, Bosch/Reutlingen, AMD FAB 36/Dresden, SMIC Beijing.

DAS GmbH is present with own subsidiaries in USA and Asia.
