Actually, the prediction happened last October before Obama took office. In fact, Obama has done little for the economy other than continue Bush plan to save companies etc. Just for your info, Economikst predicted 1 year and a half ago that the economy was in no danger, but they were wrong. Predictions are meaningless. Its like predictinfg who will win next years superbowl after four weeks into the season.
