  • i found some old review of this album somewhere and the critics were saying things like "even though its a good album, its not a strong follow-up to The Talking Book..theres no Superstitution...there's no 'I Believe (When I Fall In Love)" Lol i just laughed bc i know the type of ppl who only like Stevie for Superstition don't really like much of his other music. Theyre usually the type who dont even like soul & funk, so to me their opinion bears no damn weight. FFF is a GENIUS album thru & thru.

  • This is long before I was born but I love it. Today's music can't even reach to the knees of old days music.

  • @rtoriq

And of course you realize that Innervisions is considered one of the best Albums ever made.:) Still Fulfillingness' First Finale is one of Stevies best.

  • @ClownenJac73 Man i had to dig up my comment bc i don't even remember that i said, lol. And i totally forgot where i got the review from (i think the source was quoted in Wiki). But i think i was paraphrasing, and their point being nothing that topped "Talking Book" up to that point. Foolishness anyways. CORRECTION: Found out that critique i quoted was for INNERVISIONS; not FFF! Jon Tiven from Circus Magazine.

  • @rtoriq

Did the reviewer leave out "Innervisions" althogether? Fullfillingness being the follow-up to Talking Book?

  • one of a kind timeless

  • This man was SO ahead of his time.......genius

  • @TheJacksonsTriumph yes talking book NOWAY innervisons!

  • i didnt like this album much when i first heard it i thought it sounded a bit like b-sides or lesser version of his classic albums like innervisions and songs in the key but it's actually a brilliant album and this is one of the better songs although it sounds like mistra know it all - not a bad thing though!

  • Mr. Wonder is class and I can understand what he is saying:)

  • and are people comparing jay z to stevie wonder? can't be done. stevie wonder has way more talent anyway.
