  • The falls doesn't run that often. You want as much water as possible going over it. If Paint Creek is high, then the falls should be good to go. The level in the video is a little on the low side and the hit at the bottom was pretty hard even with a tuck. I'd say that over 7 feet on the Ferndale gauge on the Stonycreek would be good.

  • Hey bobby,,I grew up just a short jaunt up that road from Hinkston falls. My dad scolded me to never ever swim there or the in the dam,, so I never did,,this is epic. Never thought I would have seen that,,, I was a white water canoeist and taught it also to youngsters later. My big trip was the missinaibi river in Ontario,, from dog lake to moon beam on Rt 11,, check that out..
