  • Martin, is there a special tuning to pull the string to get the pedel steel sound? let me know please you can email me at gkeen01@valornet,com thanks

  • hi Mr.Gerald,

the tuning is GBDGAD from low to high. I lower the second string to a A note in order to pull is back behind the steel bar while playing. That makes the pedal steel sound.

For some reason your email did not work. All my posts returned.

    cheers

  • Yes, I use a capo that I have designed

  • BUCK,

    hope you like it !

    Martin

  • TMFAP,

I`m working on this one. I promise

  • Martin, watched all your stuff, and you are one good player, must get me a Dobro, Slim.

  • If you have the action high for lap style dobro playing, how do you capo it? Do you need a special kind of capo?
