On Youtube we like to celebrate in film so here is my seasonal greeting to all my friends. The story is adapted from a tale by Hans Christian Andersen. The magic of Christmas is in the suspension of disbelief. I know many people who believe the unbelievable and reap rewards. They have to work for it but perhaps the open mind opens doors. I hope we all get our more important wishes answered but I leave this subject with the message I used to give to my school children......If you are good, you'll get what you want......if you are bad, you'll get what you deserve! Be warned. Ho-ho-ho!
I hope you enjoy the story and the holiday.

  • Thanks, Winston. Did you ever have an LP story of 'The Little Matchgirl'? I remember my parents getting it with th LP in a sleeve at the back of a large book with beautiful illustrations.

  • Ohhh This was Wonderful. You did a Great job with this.. I Love the HC Andersen tales.. and your way of presenting it was soooo Nice to watch..!!!

Anyway I found a site with a Lot of his work translated to english, because our friend BLACSUEDEBOOTZ likes him too:-)

So if you want me to send you this link let me know.. And now I'm going to share your video with some of my friends.. even if it is a little late.. the story never gets too old and we don't get to old to listen to it;-)

    Thank You!

  • Thats a really nice comment, Irene. Yes I would love it if you post the link. I suppose for many of us, HCA and the Grimm Bros. were our first experience of story-telling. It is the most enjoyable aspect of my work especially as I can get the audience joining in the story.
