What's local ? Harvey Cedars resident only.....or all of LBI ...or is Manahawkin/Barnegat cool too. And if you're claiming Harvey Cedars, and it's locals only then I guess y'all are fucked these days cuase of all of that pesky sand. So you can't surf anywhere else or you'd break the locals only code. HA had Cape May Ave practically to myself and friends throughout the mid 80's - early 90's...Yeah too many surfers today, huh. Well it could be worse you could live in Ocean City
