The 4th annual Quay Classic Golf Tournament will be held this July 23rd at the Highland Pacific Golf Course, with all proceeds going to the Saanich Legacy Foundation. http://www.saanichlegacy.ca/
This year's event shaped up to be one of the best ever -- caterers, carts and contests! With big surprises and prizes at each of the nine holes, and then got our poker faces ready for a rousing card tournament. After a great speech by Mayor Frank Leonard then a awesome day of golf, we enjoyed a BBQ dinner with our friends and making new connections.
YES (Young Entrepreneurs Society) is a non-profit organization of young entrepreneurs in Victoria focused on community involvement and raising funds and awareness for local charities. We leverage the diverse expertise of our members to create opportunities to give back to the community and support each other to achieve our goals.
Our purposes:
1. To bring together local entrepreneurs to inspire, support and mentor one another
2. To provide tools and services to support our entrepreneurs succeed
3. To foster community spirit through organizing related community events
4. To help raise money for local community charities
