Planet Supra is a high performance nanotechnology 100% eco-friendly solar reflective coating. NoSoupForYinz: Percentages describe differences between two values in a given unit. This has nothing to do with the unit's base value as % reflects a ratio or proportion. The best part of your comment is that you actually demonstrate it yourself, by providing the % in units other than Celsius! Since you use the same values as calculation basis, the % value in other units changes but not the ratio they represent...

It is nonsensical to talk about something being X% cooler than something else because the scales don't start at 0. Want proof? The last measurement is 23% cooler in Celsius but 19.8% cooler in Fahrenheit. It's 6% cooler in Kelvin, which is zero-based.
