@DoubleIntruder Don't forget Marty Friedman. Sky Overture almost sounds like Friedman could have wrote it, he takes so much technique and phrasing from Uli.

@Duratek I didn't care for this performance. He seemed to be trying too hard. I did hear some nice licks, but I also heard some misplaced licks. Don't blame it on the broken string.......I still think he's a great guitarist, maybe just not a blues guitarists......

Some pretty sad comments..
Uli Jon Roth is MUCH more than just a Hendrix imitator.
He was playing technically demanding classically influenced guitar years before Van Halen, Rhoads or Malmsteen appeared on the scene.
He should probably get someone else to sing though.
