Findings:
1.) The LEDs lit-up again.
2.) I added two switches on the negative lead from the batteries for testing currents and voltages (load and no-load).
3.) 11-hours ago the voltage on batteries (no-load) was 1.295 volts.
4.) Now that same test produces a voltage of 1.265 VDC (no-load).
5.) Voltage (with load) is 1.263 VDC; with a voltage drop of .002 VDC.
6.) Amperage value (no-load) = 158.7 mA
7.) Amperage value (with load) = 158.2 mA; with an amperage drop of ( .5mA).

Time: 10:10 (PDT) -11 hours after my last post:
I wound an extra set of wires into the first toroid, that is tied to the 33nF capacitor, tied that extra set to the LED and removed the second toroid.
Findings:
-The circuit stopped working. The LEDs stopped lighting up.
Then, I tied all leads of the first toroid together as one and reinserted the second toroid as before, -tied to the LED.

I will attempt to wind my second winding on the same ferrite donut on top of the first winding. I will post again with those results.

My Findings:
1.) The weaker battery drew charge from the stronger ones, while the stronger ones lost some charge. In short, they balanced themselves out.
2.) The LEDs stayed lit for many hours and the batteries reduced in charge very slowly.
-Another way to get the same result would be; to take away the circuit and hook the battery packs together by themselves.
-Have I missed anything?

I hooked-up this circuit exactly as shown with the exception that I reversed the LEDs. I trimmed the variable resistor to 10K Ohms.
The shock coils were gutted out of several dead devices. -They are a cylindrical-shaped ferrite-type material with copper wire wrapped around them.
For the bifilar coils, I used two ferrite donuts side-by-side and touching one another and wound bifilar style.
The 33nF capacitor is a metal film capacitor that I also gutted out of a dead device.

It looks like a great circuit, I am somewhat confused about the coils and the windings.
Is it a toroid, more than one?

Can you tell me what your 'shock coil' is before each of the + AA batteries on your schematic? Explain them more.

Normally a battery CHARGER will show far greater values than the batteries, as to actually charge them. This circuit however, needs more work to become a charger.

@jmjpowerjoule Hi my friend, the Overunity Charger IS REALLY AN OVERUNITY CHARGER DEVICE (the batteries are measured out of circuit also and show clear charging after days - measurement was made before connecting in circuit and after extracting them from circuit) and i have more schematics that work and i will release soon a movie about another overunity device, all the best, sorry for huge delay.
