@RanjitMorey I do not listen to Mariah Carey on any sort of regular basis. I never said she was bad, nor did I say she was good. I made no inference to how good or bad of a singer she is. Do not assume.

@Zylstra555 No this is NOT lipsynced. The staccatos are not as resonant as in the studio. The tone sounds much different than the original recording - much much less denser here (and more pleasant imo). Only the head note on youuuuuuu at the end is lipped. Mariah was never that skilled in head voice anyway (at least not as much as whitney). This is completely live otherwise. I think you need to come to terms with the fact that there can be such incredible live singers...Carey is one of them. :)

I have my doubts. The slight flaw in the outros at the end makes me think possible live.

@Zylstra555 It's not lip synced. Get a pair of headphone, plug them in and realize that for yourself.

Either she is really a good singer, and didn't have any flaws at all and is really equally amazing in the studio, or this was lip synced. Except for that outros at the end, I suspect syncing.
