Members of the Federation for Ferry Fish Freedom (FFFF) stage a "Fish In" at the Staten Island ferry terminal to help raise awareness to the poor condition of the fish and the waste of tax dollars. The cost is $750,000 for installation and a estimated $100,000 a year for up keep, all the while more then half of the fish have died.
NUT JOBS!!! there are bigger FISH to frye in this world than a tank with with a few fish. they most likley would have been eaten by bigger fish by now so they have been given an extended life in that tank.
