Those words, they are 032 Mendicant bias words, I believe, cause' part of his personality was imprisoned in the forerunner ship in High Charity, 3000 years, it's a lot of time, he walked among angels (Monitors) and man (Foreign Species), he commited crimes against the gods (Forerunners), it's gotta be mendicant bias regreting his past...

1.Gravemind. This is not gravemind because his voice is different from this and he doesn't care about the Forerunners
