@bleuroo Correction: actually, it's 82, not 83, that this crew also did -- the episode when Shikamaru and his father play shogi together after the funeral. Another incredible episode, but more for the sound, pacing and emotion, than for the action.

@TheEmbertiger The animation style changed abruptly halfway because it's part of a different episode (episode 85) -- there are several teams who take on the episodes each week, and some are better than others. The crew who did episode 85 also did 83, and they are top tier. They don't do many episodes, but the ones they do are amazing.

I've seen this episode hundreds of times, and my jaw still drops when watching the taijutsu sequences -- especially the one in the water.
