  • The normal plastic retaining tab/hook on the pannier was used, it did flex it out allot though.

    It would be much easier and better to use the newer touring rack/plate which was not available then. Happy travels

  • How are the paniers secured? I saw the top mounting points, but what about the sides? You're not using the Touring Plate, sooooo? Zip-ties? Magic? Being held together by the hopes and dreams of little children?

  • I will try this for my dual suspension bike, but where is your motor for that red gas can up front?? I have one the works extremely well and gets 176mpg. Your pannier rack will help if it can assemble the materials. Thx
